How much is the consultation fee?

How much does the attorney charge for my immigration case?
We cannot give you a quoted amount on how much a case will be until the attorney has had a chance to really examine your case closely and also interview you. Every case is different, so Attorney needs to assess every aspect of the case in order to diagnose what you qualify for.
Does the attorney speak Spanish?
No the attorney does not speak Spanish, but we do have a Spanish Translator/ Interpreter.
Do you accept Credit/ Debit Card payment?
No, at this time we do not accept either Credit/ Debit card as forms of payment. What we do accept is; cash, check, money order or money transfer such as (Zelle). You also have the option of physically bringing in the payment or sending it via mailing.
Can I have an appointment over the phone or via video conference?
Yes, we can accommodate our client's needs and conduct appointments over the phone or via video conference upon appointment request.
Do you take out-of-state cases?
Yes, we take cases from different states, but that only applies to filing forms for adjustment, not immigration court proceedings.
